Buyer beware. Product got "lost" in initial shipping. When it did arrive one week later the product was the wrong model on top of did not work. Refund was a joke. Less than a 1/4 of what was originally spent. Refund was so low due to the fact the seller claimed the motor was fine due to her "techs" recommendation. When we tested it the field all cables and drives to run the motor worked as they should and when a new motor was swapped in the new motor worked with no issues. Did all this "evidence" matter to the seller or Alibaba? No it did not. Alibaba still sided with the seller and recommended we take the refunded suggest by the seller, which again was less than a 1/4 of the original price of the motor, on top of the whole refund process taking 3 weeks to resolve. Very dissatisfied. Will not be doing business with seller again. Think twice about using this seller.
